Celebrate World Pasta Day 2025 with a desi twist on a global favourite. This Indian-style pasta combines creamy sauce, vegetables, and light spices for a dish that’s flavourful, filling, and ready in minutes.
2 cups boiled pasta 1 onion (chopped) 1 tomato (chopped) ½ cup mixed vegetables (capsicum, corn, carrot) 1 tbsp butter or oil ½ tsp garam masala Salt and chilli flakes to taste
Heat butter in a pan, add onion, and sauté until translucent.
Add tomato and vegetables, then season with garam masala, salt, and chilli flakes.
Toss in the boiled pasta and mix until well coated in the masala.
Serve hot with grated cheese or coriander for a comforting finish.
