Methi is a staple winter ingredient in most Indian households. To make your breakfast nutritious, try making methi paratha with this Punjabi recipe. Try this 5-step recipe and pair it with dahi and achaar.
1 cup atta 1/4 cup chopped fenugreek leaves 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 cup water Oil for cooking
Knead the dough with atta, methi, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and water.
Take small portions of the dough and shape them into balls. Let them rest.
Roll each ball into a thin circle. Heat a tawa, drizzle some oil and cook the paratha.
Keep brushing with oil and flipping till the paratha is cooked on both sides.
Serve with a bowl of dahi and achaar.
