Winter Special Besan Ladoo For A Rich And Immunity-Boosting Treat

Besan ladoo, made with a generous amount of ghee, dry fruits, nuts, and chickpea flour, is not just a dessert but an immune booster. This winter, make besan ladoos with this traditional recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup besan ¾ cup ghee ½ cup powdered sugar ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder A handful of chopped nuts

Step 1

Heat some ghee and roast besan on low heat till golden brown.

Step 2

Once roasted, let it cool. Add in powdered sugar and cardamom powder.

Step 3

Scoop out small portions of the warm mixture and shape them into balls.

Step 4

Press a chopped nut on top of each ladoo for an extra touch of indulgence.
