White sauce pasta is a cheesy delight that suits the palates of kids and adults. The creamy sauce coating the pasta is a sight that makes people drool at the table. Here is a short guide to replicate the Italian recipe at home.
1 cup pasta 2 cups water 1 cup milk ½ cup grated cheese ½ tbsp maida Salt to taste 1 tbsp garlic butter Oregano to taste 1 cup vegetables of your choice
Melt butter in the pan and saute bell peppers, olives, jalapeno, and corn.
Keep the veggies and put the pasta in boiling water.
Meanwhile, put butter in the pan and add maida to it. Gradually add milk to the pan.
When you have a smooth concoction, add cheese to make a creamy base.
Add veggies and pasta once it is al dente. Toss the ingredients in the pan.
Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes before serving.
