In India’s evolving whisky scene, a few bottles have entered the world of luxury goods, fetching jaw-dropping prices. Here’s a look at the most exclusive drams money can buy in the country today.

Amrut Expedition

The most expensive Indian single malt to date, Amrut Distilleries launched the Expedition in 2025 to celebrate 75 years of craftsmanship. Priced at a staggering ₹10 lakh, it’s a collector’s dream aged in speciality oak casks and presented with premium packaging.

Rampur Signature Reserve Single Malt Whisky

Radico Khaitan’s flagship ultra-luxury expression, available exclusively at Hyderabad Duty-Free. Of 400 produced, only two bottles remain, each priced at ₹5,00,000.

Amrut Greedy Angels 12-Year-Old (Chairman’s Reserve)

India’s first 12-year single malt, with only about 100 bottles released in crystal decanters. Costing approximately ₹1.5 lakh to ₹2.5 lakh, its high evaporative loss during maturation in warm climates makes it exceedingly rare.

Paul John Mars Orbiter

A homage to India’s space mission, this limited-edition single malt features layers of spice, oak, and vanilla. Its price range sits around ₹90,000 to ₹1.1 lakh.

Rampur Asava

A unique finish in Indian red wine barrels gives this single malt a fruity softness. It retails for roughly ₹65,000 to ₹85,000.

Officer’s Choice Black Reserve – Collector Edition

An export-only limited release that has since become a cult collector’s piece. Though modest in pedigree, its rarity has driven its value to above ₹40,000 on secondary markets.
