Creamy, chilled, and frothy, this cold coffee recipe is a quick summer fix when you want something cool and energising. Made with simple ingredients, it tastes rich, smooth, and better than many café versions.
2 cups chilled milk 2 tsp coffee powder 2 tbsp sugar 6 ice cubes 1 tbsp fresh cream (optional) 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Add chilled milk, coffee powder, sugar, and ice cubes to a blender.
Blend for 1 minute until frothy and smooth.
Add cream for a richer taste and blend again briefly.
Pour carefully into tall glasses.
Top with a scoop of ice cream and serve chilled, immediately.
