Wheatgrass juice is a potent, nutrient-dense elixir that provides a concentrated dose of chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals. Ingredients

1 cup fresh wheatgrass, harvested at the peak of growth  1/2 cup filtered water  1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Step 1

Wash the harvested wheatgrass thoroughly under cold running water to remove any soil or debris.

Step 2

Place the grass into a high-speed blender or a dedicated wheatgrass juicer along with the filtered water.

Step 3

Blend until the mixture is completely pulverised and turns a deep, vibrant green colour.

Step 4

Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve or a nut milk bag into a small glass, add the lemon juice if desired, and consume immediately while the nutrients are at their peak.
