Ingredients

A pinch of cumin seeds ¼ cup rice flour ½ cup wheat flour 1 tbsp curd Salt to taste 2 tbsp ghee 2 green chillies 1.25 cups water 6-8 curry leaves

Step 1

Mix wheat flour with rice flour, green chillies, cumin seeds, and salt.

Step 2

Add water to the blend and prepare a smooth batter. You can also add curd right now.

Step 3

Heat a griddle and subject it to medium flame.

Step 4

Pour the batter and spread with the back of a ladle.

Step 5

Drizzle ghee along the edges of the dosa. 

Step 6

When the base is crispy, serve the dosa with chutney and enjoy.
