Whole grains are complex carbs that can be a part of sattvic thali. You can add steamed rice, quinoa, whole wheat, and millets.
During monsoon, you can incorporate seasonal vegetables like beans, lauki, torai, and more. These can be prepared in a jiffy without onion and garlic.
The sattvic thali can also include fresh fruits like berries and mangoes or desserts like fruit kheer, nut-based sweets, etc.
