Don’t just settle on drinking watermelon juice. This summer, make the most of the fruit by blending it with milk for a creamy shake. In just four easy steps, here’s how to make a refreshing and filling drink.
2 cups watermelon pulp 1 cup milk 1-2 tbsp sugar (optional) Ice cubes as required
Chop the watermelon, remove the seeds, and mix the pieces with chilled milk and sugar.
Using a hand blender or mixer grinder, blend all the ingredients till smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend again.
Pour the watermelon shake into glasses and enjoy.
