Juicy watermelon, mint, lime, and fizz come together in a drink that tastes light, crisp, and naturally sweet. It is the kind of cold glass that disappears quickly on warm evenings.
2 cups watermelon cubes 10 mint leaves 1 tbsp sugar 1 lime, cut into wedges 1 cup soda water Ice cubes as needed Mint sprigs for garnish
Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth and strain the juice if preferred.
Add mint leaves, sugar, and lime wedges to a serving glass.
Muddle the ingredients gently to release the lime juice and mint aroma.
Fill the glass with ice, pour in watermelon juice, and top with soda water.
Stir lightly, garnish with mint sprigs, and serve chilled at once.
