Walnut brownies are fudgy, chocolatey, and filled with the nutty crunch of walnuts, making them a popular dessert or tea-time indulgence.
1 cup all-purpose flour ½ cup cocoa powder 1 cup sugar ½ cup butter (melted) 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla essence ½ cup walnuts (chopped) ½ tsp baking powder A pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin.
Whisk butter, sugar, and eggs together until creamy.
Add cocoa, flour, baking powder, salt, and mix gently. Stir in walnuts and vanilla essence.
Pour into tin and bake for 25–30 minutes until set.
Cool, slice, and serve warm or chilled.
