Murabba is a delectable treat preserved with spices, sugar, and fruit or vegetables. When raw mangoes are cooked in sugar at a suitable temperature, followed by the addition of spices and essences like rose water, you get mango murabba, which you just cannot say no to in winter. You can have it dry or as a side dish.
