Juicy pineapple blended with coconut and ice creates a thick, chilled drink that feels smooth and mellow. Light tang cuts through the richness, giving a balanced, cooling sip perfect for slow, sun-heavy afternoons.
2 cups chilled pineapple chunks 1 cup coconut milk ½ cup pineapple juice 2 tbsp fresh cream (optional) 2 tbsp sugar or honey 1½ cups ice cubes 1 tbsp lemon juice Pineapple slice for garnish Cherries for garnish
Add pineapple chunks, coconut milk, pineapple juice, cream, sugar, lemon juice, and ice cubes into a blender
Blend until thick, smooth, and slushy with a creamy consistency
Taste and adjust the sweetness or tang by adding sugar or a little more lemon juice
Pour into chilled glasses, letting the frothy texture sit on top
Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherries, serve immediately while cold and refreshing
