This Holi add a nostalgic, colourful touch to your beverages. With your favourite candies crushed into a fine powder and topped with soda and ice cubes, don’t miss out on this refreshing festive drink.
8-10 coloured toffees 500 ml flavoured or plain soda 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon kala namak (black salt) 5-6 ice cubes 1 whole lemon Mint leaves for garnish
Unwrap the candies and crush them into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle.
Rim two glasses with the toffee powder. Transfer the remaining powder to the glasses.
Add lemon juice and black salt. Top the glasses with your favourite soda.
Stir well, mix in ice cubes, and you’ll have a colourful toffee soda in no time.
