Ingredients

4 soft milk buns 150 g cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp icing sugar ½ tsp vanilla extract 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 4 cloves garlic, finely minced 2 tbsp fresh cream 1 egg 1 tbsp chopped parsley Salt to taste

Mix cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
