A box of cookies where you don’t have to pick and eat, but rather scoop the gooey cookies with molten chocolate. If the trending cookie tin box has piqued your interest, here’s how to make it.
115 grams of unsalted butter 120 grams of brown sugar 50 grams of white sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 190 grams all-purpose flour 0.5 teaspoons baking soda 0.5 teaspoons salt 150 grams of chocolate chips
Whisk together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Fold in the egg and vanilla extract.
Mix in maida, baking soda, and salt till well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Cover and refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven, grease a tin, and place the dough balls in the box. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until the edges are golden, but the centre is gooey. Don’t overbake.
Let it rest for about 10 minutes and dig into your cookie tin box.
