This Vietnamese coffee recipe is strong, silky, and deeply aromatic; made with dark roast coffee and sweetened condensed milk. It’s the perfect slow-brew treat for mornings or evenings when you want a luxurious sip.
2 tbsp ground coffee (Vietnamese or dark roast) 2 tbsp condensed milk 1 cup hot water Ice cubes (optional)
Add condensed milk to the bottom of a glass.
Place the metal coffee filter on top and fill it with ground coffee.
Pour hot water into the filter and let it drip slowly.
Stir before serving warm, or pour over ice for a chilled version.
