A vegetable omelette is one of the easiest way to sort a healthy and high-protein breakfast. Perfect for bust mornings, an omelette just requires eggs, chopped veggies, and your go-to spices.
2 eggs 2 tbsp chopped onion 2 tbsp chopped tomato 2 tbsp chopped capsicum 1 green chopped chilli 1 tbsp coriander leaves ¼ tsp black pepper powder Salt to taste 1 tsp oil
Crack open the eggs and whisk them with salt and pepper.
Add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli, and coriander leaves.
Heat a pan, grease with oil, and pour the egg mixture evenly.
Cook on both sides till the omelette is fully set.
Serve hot with a toast or pav and ketchup or chutney.
