Ingredients

4 large free-range eggs 1 tbsp butter or olive oil 2 tbsp raw honey ½ tsp red chilli flakes ½ tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice Salt and black pepper to taste Optional fresh herbs

Step 1

Heat butter or oil in a skillet and cook eggs sunny side up or to preferred doneness.

Step 2

Warm honey gently in a small pan and stir in chilli flakes and vinegar.

Step 3

Season eggs with salt and pepper while still hot.
