Pancakes are great for breakfast because they are easy to cook, and you can top them with fresh fruits, making them a healthy choice. The sweet and spongy cakes are often cooked using a store-bought pack. Here is how to make instant batter at home in under 5 minutes.
1 cup milk 1 tbsp oil 2 cup maida 1 cup atta ½ tsp salt ¼ cup sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp soda
Mix atta, maida, salt, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder.
Keep this mixture stored in an airtight container.
Take cups of this blend and mix it with milk.
Prepare a smooth batter.
Grease the griddle with oil and pour pancake batter.
When the base is cooked and brown, flip it. Enjoy!
