When you feel rushed in the morning, you often end up skipping breakfast. A recipe that can be prepared in under 15 minutes is what you need. It will allow you to quickly cook your meal and kickstart your day on a better note.
1 cup suji ½ cup curd Salt to taste Chopped onion Chopped tomato Chopped capsicum 1 tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp black pepper 1 tbsp olive oil ½ cup water
Combine suji with curd and water. Turn it into a smooth batter.
Sprinkle chilli powder, pepper, and salt into it.
Spread a ladle full of suji batter on a hot griddle.
When the base starts cooking, spread the vegetables on top.
Flip the chilla and let the base cook.
Serve the chilla and enjoy it hot.
