What do you do with leftover rice? You refrigerate them until a day comes when the grains are a few hours away from spoiling, and you blend them with dal or sabzi to finish them off. How about turning them into crispy cutlets? Follow this guide.
2-3 cups cooked rice ½ cup French beans, carrots 1 onion ½ cup cabbage, capsicum Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1 cup breadcrumbs A pinch of pepper ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp coriander 1/ 2 tsp garam masala, oregano
Melt butter and saute vegetables.
Add powdered spices and roast them.
Add rice and combine the ingredients.
Keep the blend aside and mix with breadcrumbs.
Shape the blend into patties and roast them until they are done.
Rice patties are crispy and can be served with ketchup.
