Tulsi ginger lemonade is a soothing herbal drink that helps combat throat irritation and fatigue during smog-heavy days. Tulsi and ginger build immunity, while lemon and honey offer a light detox boost, ideal for the post-Diwali season when the air is dense and dry.
10–12 tulsi leaves 1-inch piece of ginger (crushed) 1 lemon (juiced) 2 tbsp honey or sugar 2 cups chilled or room-temperature water
Crush tulsi leaves and ginger slightly to release their natural oils.
Add them to water with lemon juice and honey, stirring until combined.
Let the drink infuse for 5–10 minutes.
Strain and serve chilled or lukewarm to soothe the throat and boost immunity.
