Aam Panna is a legendary defense against extreme heat and the "Loo" (hot summer winds). Made from roasted or boiled raw mangoes, this tangy tonic is packed with Vitamin C and essential electrolytes. The addition of black salt and roasted cumin makes it a potent digestive aid, helping to prevent heat exhaustion with a sharp, refreshing zing.

Step 3

To serve, add 2–3 tablespoons of this concentrate to a glass of chilled water.

Step 4

Stir well, add plenty of ice, and garnish with extra mint for a classic summer hit.
