Spanish iced coffee is known for its simple contrast of strong coffee and creamy sweetness. Instead of diluting the coffee with ice first, condensed milk is added to the glass, allowing the flavours to blend gradually. This style of iced coffee is commonly enjoyed as a quick refreshment rather than a dessert-like drink.
1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled 2–3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk Ice cubes
Brew coffee strong and allow it to cool slightly.
Add condensed milk to a tall glass.
Pour coffee over the milk and stir gently.
Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
