A unique succulent, juicy combination of garlic and butter devours the two pleasant pleasures of prawns.
Prawns, cleaned and all skin removed 10-15 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 tbsp of lemon juice ½ tsp of rock salt ½ tsp of red chilli powder 1 tsp of black pepper powder ½ tbsp of olive oil 2 tsbps of butter, salted Salt, to taste Fresh coriander leaves, for garnishing
Sprinkle some white salt over the cleaned prawns and keep them aside. Heat the skillet.
Add oil and butter to the pan. Once the butter melts, add chopped garlic to it. Cook until aromatic.
Add seasoned prawns into the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on the low flame.
Now add red chilli powder, rock salt, and black pepper powder to the prawns and gently mix everything properly.
Cover and cook this for another 5-7 minutes. Check the prawns and turn them into light rose gold colours.
Once prawns are cooked, add lemon drops, mix and garnish them with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve!
