Everyone loves having creamy pasta filled with assorted vegetables. To make an Italian-style evening snack, you can try this penne pasta recipe. Follow these 5 easy steps to whip pasta at home.
450 penne pasta 2 tomatoes 2 cloves garlic 1/4 cup walnuts 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup vegetable broth 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste Fresh herbs for garnish
Boil water with a little salt. Add penne pasta and cook till it’s soft.
Chop tomatoes and blend with garlic, olive oil, vegetable broth, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Add the sauce to the cooked pasta. Cook with toasted walnuts and season with salt.
Transfer the penne pasta to a plate and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Garnish with mixed herbs and cheese before serving.
