This paneer 65 recipe delivers a restaurant-style South Indian snack made with crispy fried paneer tossed in spiced yoghurt sauce, bold, flavourful, and perfect for parties or evenings.
200g cubed paneer 2 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste Salt to taste Oil for frying 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 5-6 curry leaves 2 tbsp curd ½ tsp chilli sauce
In a bowl, mix cornflour, flour, chilli powder, salt, and ginger-garlic paste with water to form a batter.
Coat paneer cubes in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
Heat 1 tbsp oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, let them crackle.
Add curd and chilli sauce, mix quickly, and toss the fried paneer in this mixture.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander and onion rings.
