2 large ripe mangoes, cubed 1.5 cups chilled milk (dairy or almond) 1 tbsp honey (optional) A pinch of cardamom powder 1 tbsp chopped nuts for extra protein
Blend the fresh mango cubes and honey until the mixture is completely smooth.
Add the chilled milk and cardamom powder, then blend on high speed until frothy and thick.
