This sandwich combines air-fried crispy paneer with a sweet gochujang sauce, fresh sesame slaw, and creamy sriracha mayo.
1 carrot ¼ cup of chopped cabbage ½ stalk of green onion 1tsp of soy sauce 1 tsp white sesame seeds 100g block of paneer 2 tbsp of rice flour 2 tbsp corn flour Salt and pepper, to taste 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 2 tbsp of gochujang paste 1tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp of rice wine vinegar ½ tbsp brown sugar 2 tsp sesame oil Bread slices, as needed Water, as needed Sriracha mayo
Mix together rice flour, cornflour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the paneer cube with the mixture.
Dip it in clean water, then coat again with the flour mixture. Drizzle oil on paneer and air fry at 220 degrees for 15 minutes or till crispy.
In a hot pan, combine the onion and garlic. Sauté for about a minute.
Mix in a little water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, gochujang paste, brown sugar, and salt. Stir well and allow to boil.
Coat the air fried paneer into the glaze. To make the slaw, mix vegetables, soy sauce, and sesame seeds in a dish.
Toast the slices of bread on all sides till crusty. Add sriracha mayo, paneer cube, and slaw on top.
Place another slice of toasted bread on top. Enjoy!
