¾ cups water 1 cup frozen raspberries, blueberries and mixed berries ¼ cup gelatin 5 tbsp honey 2 tsp vitamin C powder or crystals
Thaw the pack of frozen berries. Combine it with water in a blender. Process until smooth puree.
Pour mixture into a heated saucepan. Add the gelatin. Keep stirring to let the gelatin mix properly.
Keep the heat on low. Keep cooking as you stir for 3-4 mins. Remove from heat. Cool it for 5 minutes.
Add honey and vitamin C crystals or powder. Whisk it until dissolved. Strain mixture through a mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Pour into silicon moulds or a baking dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm. Cut into squares. Store in airtight jars.
