Frozen yoghurt is a healthy and cool option you can have guilt-free all summer long. If you are looking for a nutritious snack or a healthy dessert, try making frozen yoghurt with this easy recipe shared by Farida Sadikot.
1 cup Greek yoghurt 3 tablespoons strawberry sauce 1/2 cup fresh fruits 2 tablespoons pomegranate 2 tablespoons chopped strawberry 2 tablespoons chopped apple 2 tablespoons chopped green grapes 2 tablespoons chopped black grapes For strawberry sauce 1 cup freshly chopped strawberries 3 tablespoons sugar
Make the strawberry sauce by mixing chopped strawberries and sugar on medium flame.
Turn off the heat once the strawberries are soft and the mixture thickens.
Mix the freshly prepared strawberry sauce with Greek yoghurt.
Add the chopped fruits and mix well.
Freeze the mixture for about eight hours.
Once frozen, serve and enjoy the frozen yoghurt.
