1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, Peas, Bell Peppers, Onions) 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup grated paneer (optional) 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Chop the mixed vegetables into small pieces. Grind them in a mixer grinder and transfer to a bowl.
Mix in bread crumbs, paneer, cilantro, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper.
Divide the mixture into 4-6 portions. Shape each portion into a patty.
Place the patties in the air fryer. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve the patties hot with your favourite chutney or sauce.
