Bhel or murmura is a perfect snack to consume in the evening. It is tangy, spicy, and sweet, making it a perfect partner to accompany hot cups of tea. Here is how to make it at home in under 10 minutes.
1 boiled potato 1 onion 1 tomato 2 cups puffed rice 1 chopped green chilli 1 tbsp green chutney 1 tbsp tamarind chutney 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp sweet chutney Salt to taste Namkeen 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Chop potato, onion, green chilli, and tomato. Toss the veggies with puffed rice.
Sprinkle salt on the top along with chutneys of your choice.
Bhel should be slightly wet with ingredients tossed well.
Pour lemon juice on top and garnish with coriander leaves.
Sprinkle sev or namkeen on the top to finish the look.
Serve bhel with tea or coffee and enjoy this delightful snack.
