Eggs for breakfast are a perfect way to kickstart your day with a protein-rich and delicious meal. Try these egg recipes for breakfast to energise your day with quick, delicious and healthy options.
Whisk eggs with a splash of milk, season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat with butter, stirring until soft and creamy.
Beat eggs, then pour into a pan and add chopped vegetables, fold and cook until it turns brownish.
Cut a hole in a slice of bread, place it on a buttered pan and crack an egg into the hole, cook until the egg is set and flip once.
Whisk eggs with chopped veggies and cheese, pour into muffin tins and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
Toast bread, spread mashed avocado and top it up with a fried or a poached egg, seasoning it with salt, pepper and chilli flakes
