This strawberry cheesecake oatmeal recipe is basically a dessert that you can try early in the morning. The combination and layers give it a divine taste, just like a cheesecake!
Glass jars 1 cup vanilla yoghurt 100g of cream cheese 2 cups of milk 2 tbsp of honey 1 tbsp vanilla extract 2 cups old-fashioned oats 1 cup of fresh and chopped strawberries ½ cup strawberry preserve
Take a large mixing bowl, add the yoghurt and cream cheese. Whisk it until the cream cheese dissolves.
Add the milk, honey and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is creamy. You can use an electric whisk or a manual one.
Very gently, add in the old-fashioned oats. Stir it in. Stick it in the fridge for 2 hours overnight.
Take the glass jars and add a layer of the mixture inside. Add chopped strawberries. Repeat until you have 2-3 layers.
Garnish with a dollop of strawberry preserve and honey. Serve.
Make sure the jars are airtight. You can store it for up to 4 days! You can also add other fruits if you like.
