The temperature is rising every day, and the weather department has predicted that it is going to be a scorching summer this year. But before the sun makes it difficult to step out even on your balcony, it is time to make aloo chips at home.
3kg potatoes 5-6 tsp black pepper Salt to taste Oil as needed
Boiled potatoes in a pressure cooker and peel off their skins.
Mash them with your hands and mix with salt and black pepper.
Add 4-5 tbsp oil to the mixture and keep combining the ingredients.
Lay a plastic sheet in the sun and grease it with oil.
Take a small amount of aloo mixture, flatten it, and spread it on the sheet.
Let the chips dry in the sun until they harden. Store in an airtight container.
