Palak soup recipe turns everyday spinach into a soothing green broth, gently cooked with garlic and pepper, offering a clean, earthy flavour that feels light on the stomach yet quietly nourishing with every sip.
2 cups washed spinach leaves 1 tsp oil or butter 1 tsp minced garlic 1 chopped onion ½ tsp black pepper powder Salt to taste 1½ cups water
Heat oil or butter and gently saute garlic and onions until soft, not browned.
Add spinach leaves and cook just until wilted to retain colour.
Pour in water, cover, and simmer briefly to build flavour.
Blend until smooth and strain if you prefer a silky texture.
Reheat, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
