Having dosa for morning breakfast seems like magic if you haven’t soaked lentils and rice and have a batter ready on the counter. But this instant recipe is your saviour and helps you enjoy a healthy version of your favourite food.
1 tsp cumin seeds 1 cup rice flour ½ grated carrot ¼ cup rava 2 tbsp coriander Salt to taste 3 cups water 1-inch ginger Oil for roasting ½ cup ragi flour 5-6 curry leaves 2 chopped green chillies 1-inch ginger ½ chopped onion
Combine rice flour, ragi flour, and semolina in a bowl. Top it with water, salt, and cumin powder.
Add chopped vegetables, coriander, and ginger. Keep the batter aside.
Add more water to adjust the consistency as the rava soaks up the moisture.
Heat a pan until water droplets sizzle on it.
Spread a thin layer of the batter on a hot tawa.
Once crispy, enjoy with chutney on the side.
