Egg chilla is a quick and healthy recipe made with eggs and gram flour. It is protein-packed and flavoured with onions, green chillies, and spices. This egg chilla is easy to prepare and customisable with personal favourite vegetables and spices.
2 eggs 2 tbsp gram flour 1 finely chopped onion 1 finely chopped green chilli 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste Oil
Take a bowl, whisk eggs and gram flour until it gets smooth.
Add onion, green chilli, coriander, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and mix to form a batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour some oil into it.
Pour the batter, spread it and cook it on a medium flame.
Cook the egg chilla until it turns golden.
