Dubai’s famous chocolate feels like quiet luxury - silky chocolate, rich pistachio, and gold-touched elegance that turns one bite into an experience, not just a dessert.
200 g dark chocolate (55-60% cocoa) 3 tbsp pistachio paste 2 tbsp fresh cream 1 tbsp honey or date syrup Edible gold dust (optional)
Melt dark chocolate slowly till smooth and shiny.
Warm the cream slightly and mix it into the pistachio paste.
Add honey or date syrup for gentle sweetness.
Fill moulds halfway with chocolate, and add pistachio filling.
Seal with chocolate, chill, and finish with gold dust.
