Til laddu, also known as tilgul, is a Punjabi winter essential. Not only is it a lip-smacking dessert, but it is also rich in calcium, which helps strengthen your bones. Perfect for the winter, try this easy recipe.
1 cup til 1/2 cup gur 1/4 cup roasted peanuts 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins) 1 tablespoon ghee Pinch of cardamom powder
Heat some ghee and dry roast til till they are golden brown.
In a separate kadhai, melt gur. Then add roasted til, peanuts, and chopped nuts.
Once mixed, add some ghee and cardamom powder.
Let the mixture cool and shape it into laddus. Serve and store the rest.
