Have you ever indulged in sprouts dosa? It’s a protein-rich variant of lentil-rice South Indian staple. This one-of-a-kind snack recipe will leave you feeling satiated and help to curb cravings.
1-inch ginger 1 cup moong beans ½ tsp salt 10 gram of coriander ½ cup water 2-3 green chillies 1 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp cumin powder
Soak moong beans overnight and tie them in a muslin cloth for sprouting.
Blend the beans with ginger, salt, coriander, water, and green chillies.
Keep the smooth aside for 10 minutes. Adjust the consistency by adding more water.
Spread a thin layer of the batter on a hit tawa.
Add olive oil around the edges and let the dosa cook.
Once cooked, serve the dosa with chutney, sambar, and aloo mixture.
