Ingredients

Water as needed 1 cup rice flour 1 tbsp chopped spinach ½ tsp cumin 1 cup chopped onion ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste

Step 1

Add flour and spices to a bowl.

Step 2

Pour water and mix the ingredients together.

Step 3

Add spinach and let the batter settle for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Spread a layer of this batter on a hot tawa.

Step 5

Roast both sides of the chill until the base is crispy.

Step 6

You can add stuffing of your choice and serve with chutney.
