Usually, hummus is made of chickpeas, but who says you cannot replace the star ingredient? Replace chickpeas with kidney beans, and you have a delightful spread to add to the snack platter. Check out the recipe.
1.5 tbsp tahini 1 cup cooked rajma 3-4 ice cubes 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt, pepper to taste ¼ cup olive oil 2 garlic cloves ¼ tsp cumin powder
Soak kidney beans overnight in water, and boil them the next morning.
Drain the excess water and let the kidney beans cool off.
Add rajma and the rest of the ingredients to the food processor.
Blitz the ingredients. Add the ice and blitz again for the desired consistency.
Serve rajma hummus with crackers and other ingredients.
