Poha Idli is a game-changer for South Indian breakfast lovers. The idlis are fluffly, light and get ready in no time. This instant twist on traditional idlis is a combination of poha, idli, rava and curd. Dunk them in sambar or chutney, and watch your mornings transform.
1 cup idli rava ½ cup thick poha 1 cup curd or yoghurt ½ tsp baking soda Salt to taste Water as needed
Soak idli rava and poha in the curd for 30 minutes.
Blend it to a smooth batter.
Let the batter rest for 1 hour.
Add baking soda and let it rest gently just before steaming the idlis.
Pour into the greased idli moulds and steam them for 10-12 minutes.
Enjoy with chutney or sambar!
