½ cup coriander leaves 1.25 cups of lauki Salt to taste ¼ cup mint ½ tsp ginger, black salt ¼ tsp pepper 1.25 cups chilled water 1 tbsp lemon juice
Wash and peel lauki. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Add coriander, mint, ginger, lemon juice, water, and lauki into a blender.
Turn the ingredients into a smooth paste. You can add ½ cup more water and blend again.
Strain the ingredients through a strainer. Press the pulp to extract every drop of liquid.
Add salt and pepper to the juice.
Enjoy nutritious lauki ka juice.
