Moong Dal Ladoo is a personal favourite. These are sweet Indian balls made with moong dal ghee and sugar. Each bite of the ladoo offers a delightful blend of tradition and indulgence, making it an essential treat for every Indian festival.

Ingredients

1 cup moong dal ¾ cup powdered sugar ¼ cup ghee ½ tsp cardamom powder Chopped nuts

Step 1

Take a pan and roast 1 cup of moong dal until golden; let it cool, then grind it into a fine powder.

Step 2

Mix the dal powder with sugar and cardamom powder in a small bowl.

Step 3

Pour the melted ghee and mix until the mixture binds together.

Step 4

Shape the mixture into small round ladoos.

Step 5

Let the ladoos cool, garnish with nuts and serve!
