Dudh masala, or masala milk powder, is a fragrant blend of nuts, saffron, and cardamom used to flavour warm milk. Rich in aroma and nutrients, it enhances both taste and health, making every sip indulgently soothing.
½ cup almonds ¼ cup pistachios 2 tbsp cashews 1 tbsp cardamom powder 2 tbsp saffron strands 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
Dry roast all nuts lightly and let them cool.
Blend them with cardamom and saffron into a coarse powder.
Store in an airtight jar.
To make masala milk, simply stir 1 teaspoon of the powder into 1 cup of hot milk and enjoy a warm, aromatic drink.
